Slowest service ever almost seems like no one is doing there job. I can't say this more don't try and get a car loan unless you want to wait a week for the vehicle.

I have dealt with many different credit unions, and I've never had one that was so consistently helpful & friendly! I have yet to meet an employee who is anything but wonderful, and they have maintained that through a pandemic, which I find amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wish they where open on Saturday like all the other financial institutions. Wish you could speak with a loan officer in person just like all the other financial institutions.

They will walk you through eligibility (Live, work, go to school or have a family member that does in Androscoggin County,Maine), types of accounts, documentation needed and get an appointment set up for you to establish the account.
If you have forgotten your Online Banking password you can go to our home page www.communitycreditunion.com and click on the blue Forgot Password link in the upper right side of the webpage under Online Banking Login area. You can always call Member Services at 207-783-2096 for assistance in navigating our Home Banking platform.
