There aren't enough superlatives in the English language that would accurately convey all the positive aspects that are Bedard Pharmacy. Their Gold Standard is their minimum standard for conducting business. They have exceeded in training customer service agents to be knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, patient, and helpful. My insurance is a a challenge to deal with and Bedard handledVERY each obstacle put in their way with grace. Their ultimate goal was to make sure my equipment requirements were met PDQ. I am VERY sad that I won't be able to continue with them for my needs. I can only hope that the new supplier is as responsive as Bedard. Bedard Pharmacy: you guys, ALL of you, are Rock Stars! Multiple times now, doctor puts in a script I wait days nothing shows up. Call pharmacy and get they have an issue with staffing... these aren't pizza's people are ordering its medications their doctors feel is needed.

I love this place! Great customer service. The pharmacy is professional, courteous and extremely efficient. This place knows exactly how to run a pharmacy and take care of patients so they feel like humans rather than numbers!

Continuously, I am shown how inept and incapable Bédard pharmacy is. Not once have I requested a prescription without some sort of issue. For example, the pharmacist has deleted my prescriptions multiple times- even after being made aware that I need these medications. The computer systems are unreliable according to apparent employees. Beware and go somewhere else!! Especially if you want to save yourself the hassle of arguing!
