I called in for customer service and was randomly transferred to the fraud department and when I requested to escalate my concerns the representative was unprofessional and rude!

They are the Worst Job in Existence ! They treat You like trash if You don't flock with them, like the old saying goes " Birds of a feather flock together" and it's so unbelievably True ! They have a tendency to Exclude You from Everything ! I don't know how many times They would order food and not include You ! And people who work there LOVE to file Complaints to HR about the smallest things You say or do and call it Harassment. And these people also LOVE to talk bad about you behind your back ! This Place is a Roach Motel !!!!

This is the largest branch of TD Bank in the Lewiston, Auburn area. It is a contact center, there is not a bank teller in site, this is not a bank you can go to get your money, although it is a place you can contact about your account.
