Stuck in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. No escape, can’t back up or go forward. Hopefully the order is right because going back through would be a nightmare.

They are very slow because they are shorthanded. But the food is never messed up for me. Been there multiple times in the last few months

I'd give less if I could. I used to love Taco Bell. I just ordered my last two from you guys. Between the two supreme tacos- there were maybe 3 bits of tomatoes & a tablespoon of cheese; Maybe half of one teaspoon of sour cream on each one. You also forgot to give me hot sauce, again. What a shame.

If I could give zero stars it would be 5 to many stars. I pick up for door dash and the line was 45 minutes long and when I got to the window they said they were still preparing it ,at the window it took another 10 minutes of waiting before the order was ready. Every time I come here the line is at least 45 minutes long and the lobby is never open. There is always five or more employees inside just standing around and going outside every 10 minutes to smoke a cigarette one to two employees at a time. The most horrible place I’ve ever been
