The Enclave recently came under new management and a new staff (Laura is the best and so helpful) so things have definitely improved quite a bit! The units are very spacious and have all up to date appliances. The gym and pool areas are kept clean and there are even Amazon lockers for packages (which is super convenient). Parking is a breeze as there is a gated underground parking garage. Oh and there is a small doggy park area as well as a playground area for your dogs and kids!

I’ve lived here for 5years. & let me just say back then the complex ran smoother. Now! Nobody EVER answers the phone. Nobody is ever in the office. They have office hours but i guess that doesn’t mean anything. They’re constantly changing the ppl in the office. BRING PRECIOUS BACK. At least she communicated & made sure maintenance was doing their job. I’ve put in more than one maintenance request but yet & still NOTHING has been fixed. Short on works hire some ppl. The light in the elevator waiting area in the garage has been out since Friday and NOBODY has fixed it. That’s scary standing in the dark and homeless ppl just wondering around. (Which they do nothing about) I’m convinced the ppl in the office communicate with the tenants of their liking. The tow company they have never comes unless the office calls but the office NEVER does. So if you have a parking spot be prepared somebody may park in it, block you in, or park right next to your door & NOBODY will do anything about it. The lack of communication & getting the job done is poor. They made all these changes to the complex but that doesn’t mean anything if the staff aren’t helpful & security not doing their job.

I love all of my amenities and the fireplace with high ceilings, but what takes away from my experience is the loud noise of the kids yelling outside after dark and people running down hallways with no respect for their neighbors. It's irritating. Security is absent.

The place has potential especially look wise, but there is no consistency when it comes to communication. I can email or call and never get a response, and even to go to leasing office often no one is there. When finally interacting with staff they are nice, but just getting help isn't very often even through email.
