What can I say, everyone I interacted with was great and at the end of the day I drove away with the make and model I was looking for. David help me seal the deal and made it easy for me to get all of my questions answered. Also looking at some of the other reviews of this place I want to say no one attempted to rip me off or over price anything. They were up front with what they were charging and why.

This place shouldn’t be in business. I bought a used car from them. They showed me the carfax and told me the car has no accident or paint work. We did the deal at the end of the day and I didn’t have my check book with me. The printed all the paperwork but wouldn’t let me sign it even though I had left a $2500 deposit on my credit card.. later after I took the car home and looked at the paper work I noticed they had changed some numbers on it. The total was the same but things have been moved around. The front bumper was loose and if I moved it with my hand It was easily noticeable. I brought it to their attention but rather than some how fixing it the manager rushed in and told me with anger that it is what it is and leave it or take it. I was shocked. This was when I was in the finance office to finalize the deal. A few days later I took the car to my mechanic which after inspecting it he said its a nice car but 4 panels have been painted. Not much I could do. I enjoyed driving that car but it was the worst car buying experience I’ve had so far. Don’t go there by yourself to buy a car. Definitely take some one who if not a mechanic knows a lot about cars. I never stepped in that dealership again Good luck car shopping

As a Subaru person I have a lot of experience with dealerships and service advisors. Everything was perfect from meeting my advisor Robert to receiving the vehicle. Robert walked me through the condition of my car and what to look out for in the future. If you want the best experience ask for Robert Bereal!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never been treated so bad poorly by a sales person before. I understand there is a severe car shortage at the moment but the sales person that came to greet me was so short and rude to me when I was asking questions. I'm not sure if it's because I was dressed in athletic clothing or because I'm Latina, but I was under the impression that they did not take me as a serious buyer. I asked if I could see any new or used Subaru's on the lot so that my mom could see the car in person and the man was so condescending and asked me if I knew that the cars are shipping all the way from Japan (which of course! It's a Japanese brand) and that I need to wait 6 months or pre-order. Ontop of that, he became even more curt when I told him I will check out the Subaru in Monrovia instead as the sales person there told me that they could reserve a car that was in transit for free. I had never felt like I was bugging a sales person before but this sales rep made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I will not be recommending this Subaru dealer to anyone nor making any of my future purchases with them.

Consider calling the service department for an exact answer.
Not that I know of. You can test drive a car with a salesperson and I know you can lease or purchase. If you purchase I believe theres a $300 (or more) option you can buy that allows you to return the vehicle after a certain period of time in case you change your mind. However that's the same clause for all of California.
I work at Subaru Of Glendale.. just let me know what you are looking for.
