My life my total mess and I was about to get evicted because I couldn’t afford my rent, I went to job center desperate and at a lowest point a human can ever be. I met Rasheeda who was the sweetest most understand and down right beautiful inside out. She had so much compassion for me and went above and beyond to help me get into a CNA program. By the time I arrived the program started already 3 days ago and they were no longer taking people, she managed to get me in that program very fast and it has changed my life, nothing can ever express how this woman changed my life and pray to God that he will bless her for her good heart and great work ethics.

While the office can only give you very basic information themselves, they CAN put you on a direct line to the Unemployment offive. Much faster than trying to call from home. I've waited on hold for over an hour when I try to call but when I go there I've never waited more than 5 minutes on hold.

Yes left side is EDD sign in at reception and then line on left side. They will direct you to the EDD computers then the line (most likely)
