I love going to the Glendale Branch - M. Dupalag is amazing ! She makes sure all the members that arrive are welcomed ! I love her so much !

This credit union has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single pay day it's always an epic struggle to get the most simple tasks complete. It takes them 10-11 days to clear a check, when you call and ask for help, you need to call back the next day and speak to a "specialist"! I am being totally serious when I say this; I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE DENTIST AND HAVE SEVERAL TEETH PULED THEN HAVE TO CALL THIS WORTHLESS BANK.

This location is great and the staff is very helpful, (Maricris helped me not make a stupid financial decision, so that's great!), my only gripe is that the mobile app is a bit jank.

Why does the app say I am not qualified to make deposits? I use to use this feature and now it links me to a page for disclosures and agreements.
