Got my car serviced here for the first time and had a great experience with Craig. Found a nail in my tire this morning so called parts to see if the tire was in stock, which it was. They offer express service for a tire so I waited an hour and even had my car washed! Craig was very professional and made sure the tire wasn’t patchable before just suggesting to have it replaced. I would trust him to do any other service jobs my Crosstrek requires.

This place has some untrained mechanics that will not identify and fix an issue. My car was producing a rattling sound little before my 100k mile warranty ended and now I’m stuck with a car that I owed 6000 plus in repairs since Subaru of America could not help me at all and practically ghosted my claim. The best advice I can give you is bug the service teams into doing their jobs

I usually hate going to dealerships this was my first experience. I met Ali and he made my day. He’s very professional and helpful! I’m very happy with my Forester! Thank you Subaru of San Bernardino for having this exceptional man. Thanks Ali.

Had a very long and bad experience with Subaru of Temecula. BUT, after going to Subaru of San Bernardino, we were able to get things straightened out, given a loaner car and our Service Advisor, (Josh) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, in dealing with the Corporate Office. Even before that, the customer service was the best I've ever seen. My wife went there originally and didn't get the, "she's a woman, let's take advantage", like usually, at car dealerships!! Great service, tremendous respect, that's the way it should always be. If you need help, see Josh. I gave five stars, and highly recommend them. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Wearing a mask and 6 feet apart and washing your hands
They will provide a rental. I was there a few days ago, it's 50$ a day.
