I took my vehicle for service and the service department stated they call my warranty, when I call the warranty, the warranty stated the dealer never called to open a claim. We open a claim on a 3 way call then the dealer (you) claimed they were waiting for a inspector, however, an inspector was never requested. The vehicle stayed at the dealer for repairs for over a month. When we got the vehicle back we were told it was going to break again. In addition, the receipt/invoice did not state the cause of failure. Everytime i would talk to Gabriel, the service rep, he gave me a different excuse either because of the warranty or something else. I had to pay $6600 out of pocket since you, the dealer, never submitted anything to the warranty. Now I have to submitted the claim myself. I feel like i was treated this way in part because when I took the vehicle I was dress down and only spoke Spanish to rep that helped me. Furthermore, I have to keep on calling to get an estimates date. I lost money because I use this truck to travel to and from work. I understand that parts are not available but claiming that the warranty was not doing their part when i just can call and verified is unacceptable. My experience at this dealership was a nightmare.

After buying my car from here, I walked away feeling amazing. Curtis, and the Used Sales Manager (I either didnt catch his name or I forgot) were very honest and trustworthy! They did such a great job and for my first car purchase, I would highly recomend! Only recomendation I would have for the staff is just to have a little more specific knowledge about the car they are selling, some question I had they had to look up the answer (they were highly specific questions although) and for 99% of the questions, they were quick on the answer

You need the fob and the dealership needs to program it ,ask for Nathan in service dept he's good .worked there for 18 yrs there the best
You have to give him your car vin number in order to get you the key and the phob
When you get gap insurance it typically covers the life of the loan. Your bank or the finance officer at the dealer can confirm that.
