They do not keep their word. They promise if you have a problem bring it back and they will fix it. But when you go in the manchanic is not there so you never get the work done. I was told that they found out the manchanic was saying he was making repairs but he wasn't so they were getting another one. But the same manchanic was still there working on cars.I had my car checked and was told that something was draining my battery. And that the codes were showing there was no way My car passed the smog test. They had to replace 4 different batteries in less then 3 months told they found out what the problem was and now 2 weeks later the car is doing the same thing. Now they told me to tow my car to another manchanic and pay them to find the problem and I have to pay. Once they sale your contract to a finance company they say you brought it as is. Who has money to pay these people thousands of dollars for a car to just sit in your yard to look at? They also had my front window replaced it took 3 times before they got it almost right. Took the paint off of my car around the window with the tape. Would rain in the car when it rain also have the black sealant all over my white paint and spray adhesive all over my seats, doors and floor. These people are very unprofessional once they get you to sign on the line. They can care less about you.

This place is absolutely horrible. Not only did I walk the whole parking lot twice without anyone coming out to see if I needed any assistance but I also stepped in dog feces. I have no idea how this place could still be in business.

Terrible place, sold me a car that had no brake lights. Then told me they could not fix it and gave me the name of another shop. They would not pay for the repair either. Later after the 30 -1000 mile warranty was expired they claim to have instructed me to bring the car back in to get the brakes fixed because at first they could not because the machine was broke. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Stay away i'm warning you
