The staff is excellent here and will go out of their way for you which is awesome and the apartments themselves are really nice! Inside are granite counter tops, a floor to ceiling window that wraps around the apartment, balcony, and nice bathrooms. The views are great and everything is in walking distance! I would give this 5 stars if it weren't for a few key items. The noise from outside. If you live close to the street (on a lower level) then prepare yourself to listen to loud music, loud cars and motorcycles, and sirens every weekend it is nice out until 2 - 3AM. I did expect noise, however, i didn't expect the duration of the noise. Then along with noise the fire alarm speakers also go off fairly common also keeping you awake. They aren't warning you of a fire, they are simply just playing popping sounds and a clinking noise all night. The final key item, parking. Good luck getting a spot inside the garage unless you have a motorcycle! Then if you think motorcycle parking is free there will soon be a fee just to park in their when it isn't taking up any extra space. Lovely.

Just recently moved into the Moderne with my best friend and we have been having the best time! The location is perfect, lots of great things in walking distance. Our view is breathtaking of the river and neighbors very respectable with noise. Staff very helpful, especially Mitchell who is the concierge. Highly recommend moving here for your next move!
