I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH MY LIVING CONDITIONS AT WARE MANOR APARTMENTS; WAYCROSS GA, OUR LANDLORD MELISSA GANDY IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND CARELESS AN I WILL NO LONGER TOLERATED ANYMORE, AS A LONG TIME RESIDENT I WOULD EXPECT BETTER SERVICE, NOT ONLY MY APARTMENT IS FALLING APART IT IS A VERY UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITION FOR MY CHILDREN, I HAVE MADE REPORTS ABOUT IT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! MELISSA GANDY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE AND BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS

Typically we are open 9-5 Monday - Friday and closed on the weekends! Hope this helps!!
Ms. Harris, thank you for your question. We do work from a waiting list but it doesn't hurt to stop by the office and inquire periodically. To ensure your application gets processed it is important that you always go to the office and put in writing any changes in phone number/s and/or addresses since that would be our only means to contact you should an apartment home become available!!
