I love living here. This is a pleasant and beautiful place that serves us well. Management and its maintenance team are always helpful when it comes to my concerns and requests. They installed a bicycle rack for me even without asking. Just did it after seeing my bike fell down when my car moved out of the space. I love the fact that the units are well sound-proofed. You can hear sounds in the hallway, but when you enter your unit, you barely hear anything.

I've been living this complex for over two months. I could say that this place is one of the best apartments I've lived since I came to US five years ago! The location is perfect and convenient which is quite near to the downtown and you can walk to Pick 'n Save no more than 10 minutes. The common facilities including club house, gym, and roof-top space are well-maintained and clean all the time. Their maintenance team and managers are very kind and respond my request very immediately. Highly recommended!

Never had any issues while living here. Staff was timely with service requests (there was maybe 1-2 within my year of living there). Clubhouse and gym were well kept/cleaned. No issues at all. Definitely recommend.
