Poorly maintained apartments! The ladies in the leasing office are rude! You have to wait 1-2 months for maintenance to fix the problem or even worse the leasing lady will tell you that she hasn’t been able to put in your request. Hole in my apartment that is leaking and they still haven’t fixed it after waiting a 1 month for them to fix it

Moved in oct 1st 2021, for the first 2 and a half months up after Christmas I had no central heating. There's rodents and coaches running around. Power been going in and out since end of November. Half of my power like my bedroom, bathroom, part of the living room and my refrigerator power goes out for sometimes 15-30 mins to an hour. You'll email the front desk about the issues and they make it seem like you're the problem. Now that I have central heating, my shower doesn't get hot like it used to. It snowed yesterday on jan 3rd, instead of throwing salt out to maintenance the sidewalk, they didn't do anything till today later in the evening. My daughter fell in the morning and around noon they put notice about be careful of ice. Later that day they finally clear it with salt. They won't tell you they do seasonal inspections. Will say violation but won't tell you what you what reason. For those here, it's best to file an renter escrow and take it to court. Hope they may helpful building 6719 is the worst.

I like the new administration
