This is shady business. Security deposits are withheld in violation of the Landlord Tenant Act. They use the "check is in the mail" excuse. Lack of communication, poorly managed, disconnect between local management and corporate headquarters. Would not recommend entering into a lease with this property.

I lived at The Ridge Apartments for 10 years. The apartment complex was a wonderful place to live until Linda Tugwell took over as property manager. Now the complex is filthy, has poor lighting in the parking lots. Repairs are not being made as requested. She talks about other residents business to other residents and the general public. She plays favouritism to her friends at The Ridge Apartments. For example I had a vehicle parked there with dead tags as well as other residents. Myself and others we warned to bring the tags up to date or be towed. I had to spend money that I didn't really have to bring my tags up to date and a friend of hers at the apartment complex was allowed to go 2 more months without being towed. I did bring this to Linda Tugwells attention and she got angry and started making trouble for me. This was in September and I believe that the van is still not up to date and has still not been towed
