Pros: So I can only speak to my apartment (2x2 platinum) but it is very well maintained for student housing. When I was moving in, I was expecting it to be dingy and gross cause the price was $700 a month at the time but it was actually nice! There's so much room (huge pantry, huge laundry room, and huge patio). The office staff are so nice and genuine people. Alma is my absolute favorite manager because she really does try to relate to you and your experience as a tenet. The maintenance people are also extremely nice and, frankly, under appreciated. During move out day, they were out side in the 100 degree weather picking up trash that other tenants were leaving outside the trash cans for HOURS. If you're in the apartment when they come to fix something, they will talk you through their thought process (which I love cause I am annoyingly curious). Cons: You need to rent at this place with someone you actually know and like. The random roommate situation can either go really good or really bad and sadly I ended up with "really bad" for this leasing year. Another con is the rent increase. I started here with rent at $700, then it was raised to $755, and now it's been raised to $1005 for the next lease term. As a result, I will be looking to move since I cannot justify having an awful roommate and paying $300 more a month. Overall, this is a good place to live if you are patient and have someone to move in with you. Be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you. Take care of those who are taking care of you!

Worst place ever. Never ever ever can you reach the front office. And they place you with random roommates, literally can be anyone, not even students. The price was decent before but now it’s over $800 for a room with 3 strangers + that’s not including electric. I have had multiple conversations with the office about my roommate and nothing had been done. They also charged me a $100 late fee on my rent because they don’t answer there phones so I couldn’t tell them I was going to be late. Vultures preying on students and then ignore phone calls To add to my review: I still cannot get in contact with the apartment. Calls and emails are not returned

Avoid this zoo ! I was there two years and after they towed my car, I told them I can't pay both rent & tow charges I moved out ! - another reason to just move out many former residents said they didn't get back their $1,200 deposit - so what's the point on finishing the contract ? After getting towed I moved out and it's been a blessing - sweet Jesus thank you !!! 🕊 👋🇵🇹

The staff has been wonderful from the time I applied until now. The grounds are kept very nice. They are also making improvements that look great!

Questions & Answers

Is the price for the whole unit, or one bedroom in the unit?

Avoid this place !!!! - its basically a 4 bedroom apartment - with 4 individual bedrooms with your own bathroom - but the kitchen & laundry room you share, kitchen always dirty, laundry room always with other people's stuff for several days in machine, daily noise / loud music . . . On top of all that drama the complex loves to tow - on early mornings tow truck drives around looking for any excuse to tow - want your car back ? $280 cash !! Like I said avoid this place . . .
