Everytime I call for a check up on a prescription they are "TOOOO BUSY" I have to call to make sure the medication is ready even after getting a text saying it's "ready for pick up" because when I drive down there after my text it's not ready!!! But I hear a guy answering and laughing having a conversation with someone as I get out on hold. They don't even ask me to hold they just let the phone ring. DO MAKE yourselves a favor and DO NOT chose this as a pharmacy!! They S***!!

This has got to be the worst experience with a pharmacy I’ve ever had.. I’m horribly I’ll and I arrived in the drive thru for my medication prior to the closing hours and they denied me my medicine.. why didn’t I come into the store, well, I was trying to be considerate of others.. needless to say, I will never use this pharmacy, nor will I shop at this store again.. if you want to be treated with respect, I suggest you choose a different place for your convenient needs..

Awful pharmacy services in this place. They simply ignored my appointment and my turn in line for vaccine and made me to wait over 45 minutes while they were providing service to the family of their coworker and taking care of people who got there after me! When I asked why my turn is ignored, the girl with short hair just turned her face aside and left me with no answer.

I typically have a good experience here. Yes, their pharmacy can be lackluster on occasion but if you treat them with respect and dignity, they will treat you the same way. Whenever there is a wait, they apologize and assist you politely. There is a man at the pharmacy who is always so polite and tries to make small talk when you have to wait for something; he has short, almost buzzed hair and wears glasses. Their front line staff are typically polite with the exception of an older woman and a female manager with long hair who sometimes are very transactional and do not seem to appreciate your business. The four stars instead of five is for these women. Overall, I use this Walgreens instead of the one by my house because they are better and more polite.
