Mark was amazing. The interior of the building is being remodeled. The service department is working in cubicles in the drive-through in over 100° weather, and yet he was cheerful, polite, and accommodating. He said it was a quick repair to replace the hydraulics in my hood, so took the car back and did it himself. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Five stars for Mark, because he took a potentially uncomfortable situation and made it great.

Our whole experience was wonderful! I had looked at several other Hyundai dealers closer to my home, but wanted a specific color and model of my new car. Salesman named Matt helped me do everything online, he texted me and called me with all concerns and we made a great deal on my new car! We went to pick it up yesterday he had it polished for us and waiting! Everything at the dealership went fast because we had done most of it ahead of time. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. Very happy with my new Hyundai venue!

Have been to Larry Miller Hyundai many times over the last few years, mainly service dept. Because of their very good service I just bought a new Santa Fe there. I have mostly dealt with Ashley, who I would highly recommend. I had a minor service issue that I brought up to Kevin, mgr, he not only resolved the issue but his resolution exceeded my expectations. I traded my 2013 Santa Fe for a 2022. My salesman Chris DiPiro couldn’t have been any better than he was. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He spent the time my wife and I felt was necessary in the buying process. After that he he took the time to explain and demonstrate the Santa Fe’s many functions. He even took time to meet with us a day later to answer some additional questions. We could not be happier with Chris and this dealership. Would certainly recommend them anyone for sales or service.
