The staff is very horrible I prefer to take my baby boy somewhere else , unprofessional at all I don’t recommend this place at all to any one we had a very bad experience today they talked to us in a such a rude way never like this place since the beginning do not come to Darryl hope this staff get fired at all including the doctors

They will not let you know when your child is due for their shots. My daughter missed her chicken pox vaccine and ended up getting chicken pox. I had no idea. They run way behind. We showed up to an appointment at 7:50 (1st appointment so we could get in and out) they didn’t call us back until 20 minutes after.

Used to love. 💔 CMG was where I used to go as a kid. It's where I brought my boys for the past 8-9 years. But I moved and had to try a new doctor. I tried a new place with one of my boys... ONCE - nearly 2 years ago! But I found i preferred his original dr and figured the drive would be worth it. 🚙💨 I finally attempt to make an appointment to get my little man back there for his wellness exam. The person making the appointment tells me they won't be seeing us. After some pressing as to why, they vaguely try to explain that because I went somewhere else, I could NEVER come back. 🚫 I was given some flimsy excuse which made me question if this person even knew what they were talking about. Essentially it's "too hard to keep track". 🥴🥴 OK. Cool. 👌 I know each place has their own policies and practices, but this feels like a slap in the face for going to 1 place years ago... once. I guess all the previous money and time spent at your place, previously, don't matter. 👋

I was with them for a year for my two kids. Although I loved the doctors team there, I had to change my Pediatrition because of their unprofessional and rude staff. From the first visit I noticed that but I did not want to go through changing my pediatrician and go through all the paperwork. Finally I did and I’m happy I did.
