The hotel was a convenient location for my business trip. The fitness center and breakfast were great. The check-in staff seemed to be busy with her phone, and didn't recognize my HH membership. The night disruption by hotel guests after 12:00 AM was disturbing and I couldn't sleep for a couple nights. I addressed it with the front desk staff but I don't think they resolved it immediately. I requested a change of room next day and got the smallest room in hotel. That was disappointing. I have been an HH member for several decades but that doesn't matter nowadays.

No bar. They should tell you up front. Room: TV didn't work. Phone to call about TV not working didn't work. Toilet needed two flushes for No.1 and 2. Breakfast is the same continental you get at Best Western. And what in the WORLD is the $25 amenities charge for, when there are NO amenities in room. Pool closed (no notification) and 1 of 2 elevators didn't work. Bed was good. Just don't look under it or under the air conditioner.

Review from a 7-night stay: Breakfast: The breakfast is good. If planning on staying for more than 2 nights, breakfast might get boring. There is a Nektar Juice Bar and Starbucks within walking distance (~4 min) so those are great breakfast alternatives. At the Top it Bar they offer eggs, sausage, 4 cereal options, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, and pancakes. They also have reg and decaf coffee, as well as hot water for tea and hot chocolate, offered 24/7. Room: I feel like the main reason I rated it a 2 was because of the room. The first night was okay, but I started to notice that the sheets were not cleaned properly. I don't know why I kept seeing pet hair in my sheets and found that very disgusting. I also had housekeeping come in and clean the room, but the problem was not resolved. In my opinion, the pillows and mattress were not as comfortable as I would prefer. If you prefer a firm mattress, I don't believe you would feel well-rested. Also, as time went by the pillows were deflating and I also started to feel a dip in my mattress. The bathroom was nice and cleaned, but I do feel like more towels should be offered in the bathroom. I appreciate the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion came in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which was eco-friendly. There was plenty of storage space within the room which was good. For some reason, my room didn't come with a chair for the desk but that didn't bother me too much. Also, one of my lights was not working which was slightly annoying. Staff: The staff was nice. I didn't really interact as much with them, but whenever I needed something, they would offer it asap. Etc: Check-in is at 3 pm, but they did offer early check-in which was nice. They do have a gym and pool, sadly I didn't have time to enjoy it. They have a pool table and plenty of seating in the lobby area, just keep in mind that this hotel is split with Home2 Suites by Hilton, so the lobby can get somewhat loud. They do have free parking which was really nice as well.
