They were able to put us in touch with a transport company in Gettysburg and were able to get down there for the day to visit the park. Search "Airport Shuttle near Gettysburg PA" Thanks front desk!!! You made our stay very worth while and we would come back for sure!

Great location! Terrible check-in. The front desk didn’t know what she was doing confused 🫤👎🏻 The pool area is old & rusty. Pool water looks like a blurry mud puddle 🤢🤮 When booking we booked a room for 5 people. Got there the room was only good for 4 people. No extra sofa bed. Very small room, I mean VERY small. Asked for a layover bed, got charged for that. Strange but okay? Wasn’t told that need to ask for housekeeping and when called to ask I was told it’s posted on the front desk, I took a photo of the front desk and it wasn’t posted anywhere. Would like a refund for the layover bed please. Wasn’t cool to book a stay for 5 people and cramp us into a small room that only sleeps 4 and charge for the layover bed. Wasn’t going to sleep on the floor, obviously! Contacted the people at the link below, still haven’t heard anything back. What a joke! Keep my tzedakah money.

Location is perfect! Right downtown in the center of all the action. Great food and drink right there. East parking in the attached parking garage. Rooms as well as common areas are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Plus, Hilton Honors points! Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

We stayed here for a weekend event happening in one of the meeting rooms. I can say it needs a lot improvement on the cleanliness of the rooms, to upgrading the bath, to ensuring the room has no broken or loose items in it. The bathroom door was off the rail making it hard to slide, the vent cover was loose and my toddler kept getting hurt on it. The beds are very poor quality, I had back pain the whole time we slept there, my wife had hip pain from the mattress. Also, who makes a double bed room with full size beds and assumes 3 people can sleep in the room. But on a good note, the food provided by the hotel for the conference was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Depending on which staff was there that day, it was hit or miss on the attention, but most of the staff was great.
