Thanks to Robyn in customer service. Had to do an emergency appointment while coming all the way from Seattle. Robyn was very thorough with me on updates for my truck, and was able to tell me what was wrong with it. Had a hub assembly on both sides, and had a recall on the brakes, which they [Norm Reeves] attended to (in Seattle, Way Scarff, I mentioned this to them ever since 11/17/20 and 9/27/21, but they ignored the problem). In Seattle, there isn't good service. I tried to call them while on the way to my destination in California, but they left me ignored by Michael (twice), and nervous with my truck. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it, however, the service in Cali is fantastic. They made sure everything was looked over, and done correctly, which I applaud them for. The crew worked overnight because I had to leave on short notice. The work was done quickly, but even so, it was thorough. I'd also like to thank the manager since the crew had to get permission from them as well. It's a shame that I can't get good service in Seattle, but at least California is reliable.

Horrible service experience always long wait time had an appointment at 10 am and didn’t get checked in until 10:58 promised 2 hr for service (oil change only) after 3 hrs still hadn’t got my vehicle back. This always happens even with an appointment supper long wait time very bad service.
