Avoid this particular franchise. Unless you want something you didn't order, not the brightest folks here. For whatever reason the flavors of the juices just don't hit the mark! When I walked in the place was dead. Took 30 min. For my bowl to come out, and several people were served before me. I ordered a bowl and someone else's bowl that was ordered after mine got made first. My bowl was basically melted by the time it got to me. I felt like the cashier just didn't like my face or something and I do take it personally because after getting eye contact was when I felt like my order was seemingly left to sit there on purpose. I left with my feelings hurt. It seemed like he just personally liked the guy who ordered a bowl after me more and served him first. The toppings were very minimal too on mine too but the guy who got his bowl was treated very well and order made with care. Thats not fair to treat me this way, I work two jobs and just wanted to treat myself for once and now feel like crying cuz I felt just so judged for no apparent reason. Nobody was polite here at all and they weren't busy at all when I ordered but I felt like a bother by just coming in. Please management, reassess the attitudes and behaviors of your store, theres something wrong for me to leave a place feeling like this. I wasn't rude in the slightest coming in. Theres something wrong with your evening crew.
