incorrectly installed carpet you cannot just hammer the carpet tacks down you must properly install with a zbar, also the walkway is so warped water pools on it and is a danger to the disabled tenants.

Villa Del Sol is a small picturesque complex well situated near medical services, groceries and many other shopping options. The grounds are well kept as are the apartments. The manager, Patty, and Oscar, our maintenance professional are a pleasure to deal with. I'm signing up for another year!

When I first moved in I had some bug problems but the manager and the maintenance man worked tirelessly to solve the problem. They succeed to fix that problem and a couple of minor ones with speed and aggressive tone. I was impressed by that and very happy to be here. Thank you

I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now. I cant be more excited that my lease is almost up. The new apartment manager that is here is awful, rude and unprofessional. Cant ask about anything without it feeling like you are a burden. Been waiting for information about renewing lease and still have not recieved a letter with the information. Then lied to about the letters being delivered. Magically my letter disappeared off my door when in the past i have had a number of notices about entering apartment that never disappeared. This place is a joke. Have to wait weeks and complain alot for anything to get done. So glad i will be moving out next month. These apartments are cheap yes but there is a reason they are so cheap!
