Love living here, peaceful and quiet. Office managers are fantastic with your issues or needs. Maintenance is great and always on it when issues arise.

Worst place I have lived at by far. I only signed a 6 month lease and it was the longest 6 months of my life. Kids run around unsupervised around the clock. I've caught them sitting on my car and motorcycle. The laundry room is almost always dirty with people not cleaning up after themselves and the machines are always out of order. No one cleanes up after their pets and there is always a bad smell outside as a result. Neighbors are extremely loud at all hours of the night. In the 6 months I lived there I witnessed a fleet of cops 4 or 5 times due to domestic violence, drug deals, etc. The office staff is terrible. They ripped me off for an extra months rent because they said my notice to vacate was not turned in (they lost it). When I provided them with the copy of the notice to vacate they would not accept it. Do not live here.
