My mother lives in these apartments now and has for a year, I visit often. Never had any trouble, do see quit a bit of activity during the 10pm-2am hours of the night. BUT I do find it absurd they instill a new policy a few months ago, Even if u have a valid medical marijuana card, u cannot medicate on the premises, period. Lime way the hey yo, it's 2019 people get with the program. Medical marijuana is the future and people need to accept the changes that the times have brought us....

The rent was raised in the middle of our lease and the management staff did everything posssible to try to evict or pressure us out including telling us we weren’t allowed to have curtains (their model apartment does), we weren’t allowed to have a lawn chair, maintenance would routinely take our butt can for cigarettes, also they force you to get renters insurance (you should anyways) but tell you that you’re required to only get your insurance through their company. All the amenities are routinely broken or in total disarray. Stay away from this place.

Horrible. Unsafe. And downright shady. Lived here back in 2016-17 and it was the worst year! Our upstairs neighbors were lunatics who constantly had the cops coming due to fighting that would shake our windows. It took nearly a year for them to finally be evicted. A lot of druggies around, had them banging on our door at all hours looking for past tenants and as a SAHM I can't even explain how terrifying that is.The walls are thin so you could hear everything through them as well, all sense of security non-existent! You can also NEVER get ahold of Kay. She's always "Out of office". Had multiple things that needed fixing and not once did maintenance ever come out. We made do and had the apartment cleaner than it was when we first moved in. Yet when our lease was up we got slapped with nearly $1000 in collections! No prior notice of fees or anything! Do yourself a favor and stay far away :)

No stars. My dad is a city inspector and works with the lenders. He had me call around to a couple of places because i am looking for a place to live. and when i got to this one i crossed it straight off the list. I could hear people talking in the background whilst i was trying to communicate. The person i was talking to didn't give me her name she was laughing and could barley answer any of my questions. The office staff are rude and all seem like they have something to hide! Apparently losing customers is a number 1 priority. lol

Well I literally died from mold exposure there. Mold they knew about and did nothing for they just re rented my apartment to someone else when I moved. Lost my hearing and was in a coma from this. So you value your life you would not live here. Also I wasn't the only one affected by this my neighbor was as well. People across from me their baby died in their sleep. This place can kill you. I was dead almost 5 minutes before paramedics could shock me back to life. This happened 4 years ago to me. And they had the audacity to wait 2 years (so I couldnt sue) before trying to send me a bill for breaking the lease when they promised they wouldnt because of WHY I was leaving. I didnt sue, but I should have. Especially getting the bill after. They are malicious and know they have this mold but do nothing for it. Three different killer colonies in my unit alone. I had the mold tested, and gave them the results. They still did nothing.
We are sorry we do not participate in the Section 8 program.
