I Wish I could give this Aparment 0.00001 starπ but unfortunately the lowest I can go is 1. Please do NOT come live here, I promise you on my life you will regret it. I'm WARNING you, there is A LOT of Crime here, like no lying to you. A lady was complaining in the office just yesterday morning about some damage to some Cars and just this morning when I was taking my daughter to school I notice someone broke into my car (for the 3rd time) and took whatever they could, even all in the trunk, they even tried to take the battery from my car. I been in the Office I don't even know how many times now trying to make them do something about it but managment and Corporate dont listen, they obviously don't care. They don't even want to fix their Surveillance system πthat the property already has in place on top of the buildings but of course don't work. The manager always tells me 'Sorry but there is nothing she can do, she can't make the cameras work and she can't hire no one to walk the property at night to make sure vandalism doesn't occur. Please look somewhere else, I promise you... anywhere else anything else is better than this place.

They increased $70/month for the rent when I renew. I saw their own paper sheet by incidents, it shows rent increases $50, utility charges $37, DirecTV charges $35 etc. I knew the utility fee increased $10 from $27, but did not realize that DirecTV fee increases $10 from $25 to $35 (though I did not use DirecTV). So I asked the manager about the details of the increases, what the extra $10 increase was. The manager was very rude, domineering, and refused to explain the details. She insisted on total rent increase was $70, but detailed divisions were their business, and none of my business. She said the paper sheet was only for themselves, not for residents. It is very ridiculous. I am the one who pays the fees, I have rights to know what I pay for. I felt like she treated me as a fool. I guess the reason why she was so domineering is she knew residents are reluctant to move out during the pandemic.

My husband and I have been at Cambridge village since Jan-2014. We love our apartment. Very clean. Prices are good. It has improved in many areas. It has been a pleasure getting to know staff members over the years. I love that the office always gives back to the people by celebrating holidays and having raffles and many more. Getting to know the neighbors and having a good relationship with them. Thank you! Office members and maintenance crew for what you do.

I have had nothing but trouble from this management. They took a month to approve my roommate and I for the apartment. They sent us the wrong lease twice and took a week to get it to us. Then made me run around in circles trying to get my pets approved to live there. When we moved in, we were not given working key cards or punch codes, (still don't have a punch code and I've been living here for a month now), we just had to wait for someone to come by so we could follow them in. They accused us of not paying our deposit, when in fact, they had put our checks in the wrong file. And now, even though my roommate and I both paid our rent before the first of the month, they are saying we were late and are charging us a late fee. They said it's because the check was post dated for 11/6. My roommate and I just confirmed with our banks that this is absolutely not true. I was so excited to live here because the floor plan is beautiful and the location is great for where I work. But this place has caused me nothing but stress. Keep your receipts and make sure that you document anything and everything that is said to you from management. I would not recommend this complex or any complex under this management.
