Camino Real Apartments provide a beautiful, safe, and clean place for my family. I would love to see more monthly activities in the office for tenants such as coffee, donuts, game night etc. I am a tenant who causes absolutely no trouble expect for the fact that I complain about the absurd parking regulations here. I pay over 2k per month to live here and I can not have a visitor over because by the time I am home from work all of the allotted 10 visitor parking passes (for the entire complex) are gone. How is this even fair? How does this make sense? Iys a huge inconvenience for me, my family, and my guests (if I can ever have any). If the parking policies change this would be a 5 star location.

I have lived here for 2 years. I just had a friend come in from out of town to stay with me for a couple days. I asked the office for a parking permit for the duration of her stay. They said they were only able to give out daily parking passes and I would have to come in everyday to get one during business hours which are 9-6. I start work before they open, but was able to make it in by 6, which is their posted closing time, every day after work to grab one. Today my son had a dr appt after work and I arrived to the office at 5:45. Door was locked and no one answered the phone when I called. My friends car was towed and we were charged 457.50. Ridiculous. Every other apartment or condo complex, or hotel I know of have an after hours or emergency number you can call in a visitor to. What if someone had an emergency and had to come stay at my house after business hours? They would be towed? That’s insane. I pay rent every month and shouldn’t be charged an additional 500 bucks to have a visitor because they can’t figure out a better system or honor their posted operating hours. Don’t rent from here if you want to be able to have friends or family visit for free.

Please ignore the multiple 1 stars from the pool issue this past summer. The office sent multiple emails to the tenants of what was going on with the pool and the clean up and kept us constantly updated. Office management is great and maintenance has always fixed issues within 24 hours. The area is family oriented, quiet, with plenty of amenities. I just signed for my second year here. It’s also 2 minutes from food and Victoria Gardens for shopping.

First time resident here previously coming from Newport Beach, and I must say, this has been the best place I've lived at in the past 4 years of living from apartment to apartment. ***I don't know what the commotion is about with all of the 1-star reviews, but I'm assuming it's by quite a few entitled people who aren't grateful with what they have here at Camino Real. - Pools do get dirty, yes. - This is a Permit-Only Complex which will get your car towed if you aren't abiding by the rules or haven't made any attempt to communicate with the office. (Being Permit-Only gives for a cozier room of parking for residents, which is a definite +1.) PROS: First off, everyone is much friendlier in Rancho Cucamonga compared to Newport. Here at the apartments, the management, staff, and maintenance team have treated us with care and respect. It is now my third month here and the complex is very well-maintained/clean. Maintenance has been on top of everything in regards to our own apartment (normally within the same day of sending request by email). Parking is not a hassle, whether it be early mornings or late evenings due to the permit-only rule. Community is friendly (so far) as well. Everyone here normally keeps to themselves (an introvert's dream), but has the courtesy to say "hi's" and "good morning's". CONS: Pretty minimal cons-- a raceway speed track is nearby (2-3 streets down) and has a scheduled run of cars on Sunday mornings which is by no means "too" disruptive (just close your windows and you won't hear the noise). Community has a few bad apples in the bunch (but, what apartment complex doesn't?). Overall, so far, we love it here.
