Jeremy at the Sleep Number store is one of the best customer associates I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He explained everything about the beds, the warranty, all the promotions, and cost right down to the penny. I had already done my research and Jeremy was honest and true to the T about everything I had already read about. We were able to lay on the beds and feel the changes of firmness. It was a great experience. If anyone is thinking about getting a Sleep Number bed you have to go here and try it out for yourself first.

Thank you Jeremy ! Not only did I get great customer service . Also got to have store manager take care of me ! Jeremy once again thank you for taking the time to fully explain everything for me and letting me lay on all the beds ! Hahaha had a fun time and enjoyed my first experience at sleep number ! Most of my decision making also had to do with customer service I was provided. I could have went anywhere else, but I was very satisfied with my service here ! So far just waiting on my bed ! Salesman was very helpful helping us get a new pillow, back support and knee pillow. We came in with a $150.00 reward for recommending a friend for a new mattress, there was no pressure to purchase anything else. (That was very nice) When we are ready for a new mattress we will return to this store.
