Reading comments and seeing negative reviews i realize these people have no idea what bad service is.pasadena thorson gmc worst place ever literally .i needed help due to negligence from pasadena and this gmc at cerritos dealer the advisor named Donald Moreno assisted me. Best person i have met as an advisor.got me in and out fast and he was very polite.the tech that worked on my gmc knew his stuff and was very detailed on work order.will definitely be back to this advisor.THANKS DONALD

Too expensive. Like, excessive. Didn't get all the areas of service. Need to take it back for the remaining service areas to be completed.

After waking up early specifically for this appointment, I just returned from a very disappointing 1st time service visit. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning for an emission related recall. I spoke with a lady in service on 1/28 and she confirmed the appointment and went as far as verifying that they have the part in stock for the service. I made special personal arrangements for the visit and to my dismay, I was told (by a gentleman in his mid-late 30s) that these types of services are only done M-F. When I told him that I spoke with someone and she confirmed it yesterday, he told me that she doesn't know this type of information and there are no service technicians that work on these on weekends. I was told to come back during a weekday. When I asked to speak with a service manager, he said that there are no service managers and when I asked who the service manager is, he said Arma. I asked him to have Arma call me on Monday...so let's see if this actually happens.
