We took our 17 year old fur baby up there on Monday because her time had come. They were so compassionate and comforting to my wife and I and treating my Jayden so well. She wasn’t afraid and the experience was very calm and painless for her, plus she got peanut butter and cheese. They explained everything along the way and did everything on our time and gave us so much time with her at the end. Thank you so much for all your help and understanding!

Unfortunately, we have only used this office for when our dog or a foster has passed. But each time, they were amazing. They gave us a separate quiet room to say goodbye, went over all the options and were so very understanding. Their prices were extremely reasonable. We loved getting a card from them in the mail within a couple of days. Little touches like that go along way when you're grieving. I always recommend them to anyone in the area. They've also helped us when we have found or were brought a lost dog.

We needed emergency service for a dog and I called multiple places but none of them did that and I found this place and they told me to bring the dog in and the vet will determine if it's an emergency and if it is they will take care of the dog immediately if not then we would wait. The staff and everyone was incredibly nice and talked with what they wanted to do. It was deemed an emergency but ultimately we had to put the dog down but I will definitely be taking my pets to this place. They were reasonable and understood everything with what was happening. Thank you everyone.

We had to euthanize our Australian Shephard and it was the most peaceful and loving place. They gave her a snack plate and the doctor sat right on the floor to talk to us. Amazing team all across. We are sad but they made it OK. Highly recommend
