Worst customer service ever!!!! You make a customer go to a national service that knows absolutely nothing about what your asking. But than when they transfer you to the store the guy there knew less. He was rude. Disrespectful. And served terrible customer service. And than the part I needed he told me to just buy a new TV it's jot much only 600.00. Is he that stupid. And than when I say I don't have that kind of money he speaks lightly and says get a better job. Who the he'll do you think you are!!!!! I won't ever support this company. I buy my hitels this and I T equipment from here for the 15 properties we have in Phoenix. Not anymore. I won't support stupid. And people need to realize I don't care you hate your job. That's your problem. Not mine.

Love this best buy. They always treat me very professionally and genuine! The OTHER best buys in the surrounding area have treated me SO bad it's disgusting... But this one (I call it my home Best Buy lol) they great me super well. They don't follow around like I'm about to steal half the store and they don't judge or profile me because I'm young and have tattoos. Keep it up guys I'll always be coming back! I'm an elite plus member because of THIS best buy not the other horribly staffed best buys around the area in Phoenix

I liked this store , just electronic here , laptops..fridges , tvs....very clean and bright , costumer service were just ok , they are busy , prices depends the quality, large parking out for your vehicle ,douce music inside , thanks 🙏, I will be there soon 🔜

Went into the store looking for a movie. Was told they had 8 in stock but no one wanted to actually take the time to find me a copy. Fortunately I was able to order it online with in store pickup and they scrambled to track it down... Bravo Best Buy.

Yes, they do. Best thing to do is check online since they're limiting store shoppers.
You can take your computer to the geek squad at the store. any store doesn't have to be where you bought it.
Best buy doesnt buy used electronics. Take it to a pawn shop
The prices arent alwsys chesper but the promos, door busters, and member promo codes are. But the employees are clueless for the most part. If i have a question i want it answered if i am going to buy their product. Not uummm eeerrrr oh uh let me go ask

Best to call or Google it but I believe their large refurbished products are from returns, damaged open-box, and newer trade-ins. Go by your nearest location and talk in person for the best answers! Good luck!
