My iPhone 12 Max Pro was on its last leg and I had finally gotten to the point of not being able to use it for more than 60 seconds at a time before it would reboot . It wasn’t holding a charge. On my way to go pick up a new one I decided to stop by “We Fix YouPlay” and see if they may be able to do something. Wasim said if I could leave it for a few hours he would run diagnostics and see if it was the battery or the mother board. I also asked him if he could fix the camera while he was at it and he said there was only one lens that wasn’t working but if I wanted to change out all three he could do that (I guess you can’t just change one because the come as a set). Wasim spoke to me in terms I could understand and I walked out with fingers crossed and my $1000 still in my pocket! Two hours later…I got a call saying the phone was ready! My phone was as good as new with a new battery and a new camera lens. The cost was less than what he quoted AND he gave me back the bad parts to show what he replaced. I wanted to tip him when it came time to pay and he refused! He said I just want you to have a good experience so you remember me if you need anything in the future. NOW THAT IS HOW BUSINESS USED TO BE RUN! And that is why I have to leave this review. I will definitely use them again and if you’re looking…you should too.

Great place. Would recommend. Hidden gem. They were slow with my data recovery since they were waiting on parts and there are supply chain issues due to Covid, but they made up for it in price and charge a fair price. They care about the people they do business with.
