I can say they seem to good with picking for my appointment before the pandemic. I usually call them and ask who is picking up and what time. Today 8/17/2022 . 3 different operators hung in my face cause I was upset that one dispatcher say my ride coming this time and when it's passed the time I call and someone would say something different so I did tell that person that someone having communication problems .
