This is my favorite store. I started going to Arizona HiFi years ago, knowing nothing about audio gear. They have been incredibly patient with me over the years as, with their help, I built up my system into something really amazing. If your looking for equipment that you can enjoy for life, this is the place.

Owner is super nice, and they have a listening room with an amazing sound system set up. They even offered to let me bring in my own headphones so that I could try out some amps!

Very rude. Didn't want my business. Basically said auditioning gear is pointless because everything in the system affects sound. No sh*t. They recommended I blindly choose a price point and purchase something, anything, sight unseen without review and "hope for the best". Absolutely sl awful advice. Would not field questions about specific heat at all.

Was looking to purchase an 11 speaker system and had talked to them over the phone earlier in the week to understand if they could offer any kind of break buying it all at once. Was told to come on down to the shop to talk about it; totally good with that I like to meet who I’m buying from too. Made the 1.5hr round trip down there and while they’re checking on everything another customer walks in donning mouth/nose cover (apologies for the strange wording, literally couldn’t share this with certain apparently banned phrases) None of us are wearing one, Glenn included. Glenn then quickly puts one on and tells me to wait outside while he works with the customer who just walked in. Look I’m vacksed (again sorry), Bst’d, and all about following store policy if the store wants me to, but I didn't have one on me. Maybe keep a spare box of coverings for customers if you’re fake worried about it. I really could not believe it when he asked me to step outside and wait while he worked with the customer who just walked in 10 minutes after me. But cool, I was pleasant, no argument from me, and said sure I’ll wait outside and started walking to my car in back; I’ve got one in the middle console. It was such a messed up demand that the customer who walked in with the thing on actually felt bad for me and ran outside to tell me he’d wait outside while we finished up. That’s a cool guy, respect to him! So I go back inside and he gives me a price that’s actually higher than ordering off the manufactures website direct. To top it all off he tells me that if I have any issues, the system is mine, no returns, because “they’re hi-fi music shop”. You’ve gotta be kidding me. What a waste of time and terrible clueless customer service. Will never be back.

I don't know if they do that or not but they can point you in the right direction to get it fixed
