Please change store hours. We are past covid timesheet. I stand out front watching countless cars/people pull up just to drive away because who opens at 11? Way too late. I wanted to be in my environment while my car got worked on across the street.

I went in looking for a new coffee pot in Tuesday June 1st. They didn't have the pot I wanted so I asked to order it online. There were two girls in the department who didn't seem to want to help. I tried to order it myself online but had problems. The girl sitting at the desk said she was busy and couldn't help me. I finally gave up and left. I ordered my pot from Walmart and got it the next day. Forget it bestbuy.

The team at Best Buy especially the customer service department when you go to do a online order pick up. As soon as you walk they helped my son get his Nintendo switch while online it said one thing and in the stores said another but the staff did there best called customer service, checked the back and the ordering that wasn’t checked in the store yet to make sure my sons birthday was so much better! I would love to thank them by there names but I misplaced the paper I wrote there names on. I will go back to buy games for his Nintendo switch but in the meantime I thank you all for making it possible for him and making his day so much better! I will do a update on there names just because they did a awesome job. I would recommend it! Thank you Michael, Kevin, and Pablo so much for everything!

This place is the place to go if you NEED TECH immediately without having to wait for delivery. You can get just about anything here. The store is always laid out easy and you can find out online if they have the item before you drive. The stores always has the "new technology"smell which I personally love.

Not sure if they do lay away
If by unlocking you mean a passcode/password, then it depends on the length of said passcode/password. If you're talking about unlocking it to move between cell carriers, then that's a question you'd have to ask your carrier
The safety of all, depends on our willingness to be responsible not only of each individual person and their family, but to be cautious of other's wearing masks and social distance.,also getting vaccinated, I personally choose the one with 2 shots. This i did not only for my safety but also anyone around me. Still is your choice to do all you can to be safe and responsible for yourself and your family 👪. But for some reason people are resisting the obvious, in spite all the death and home bound people. If you have no willingness to take every precautions then stay away from others that are. What else can I say.
Honestly, I'd call them. They were open by appointment last week. Not sure how they're handling the store hours with the protests and curfew.
