Walked into the parts section the 1st of June and received the most helpful customer service in quite some time. As i approached the counter Michael welcomed me and proceeded to help me find a replacement back up camera. As he searched his inventory, Michael was very accommodating with his questions and his approach made me feel like we were having a conversation amongst friends. His knowledge and his customer service expertise made this experience enjoyable. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends and a cousin and they all had the same experience. Michael was able to track down this pesky camera and had it available for me in the exact time frame he allocated for it to arrive. Great experience, Great Customer service, and I highly recommend you give Michael an opportunity to assist you in finding your parts needs at Costa Mesa Honda. 11/10

I’m hesitant to leave reviews because you never know what can happen later on down the line. This review is based on my experience actually arriving at the dealership and how my buying experience went. Melissa, was amazing! She made my car experience buying fantastic. She wasn’t pushy at all. She was friendly through email, promised I would have a happy and fun experience through the process and she absolutely delivered on her words. I didn’t feel cheated on the price of the vehicle. This dealership is very lucky to have her. Anybody, I know looking for a car I will refer to her. She was also an inspiration to my daughter. While I was meeting with finance she was sharing positive stories with my daughter about hard work and perseverance. She loved her. Overall my experience with this dealership still went well with the buying process. I would recommend them.

Had a good encounter with the staff at AutoNation Honda in Costa Mesa. Alex was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. Once we chose the car we wanted the process was very smooth. I'm not a usually a big fan of dealerships but I really had a good experience this time.

I had a very pleasant expirence dealing with this Dealership. I wasn't expecting it especially from other dealers experience but the transaction and service was good. My car sales name is Alex. I got only good things to say about him. Responsive, profesional, attentive, and responded to my needs. He's genuinely a nice guy. Everyone one else was friendly but dealt more with Alex. I picked this dealership because after comparing about 30 places for the car that I wanted (2021 Honda Civic)I found it here at about $2500 less. I emailed that I was interested and right away I got a call from Alex. Communication was excellent. He's a good listener and listened to my needs. Drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the vehicle. I noticed something on the vehicle I didn't like and Alex took the lead in fixing it. I was able to leave happy and not regretting coming here. I was able to walk the lot and look at other vehicles and the prices are very competitive. Plus its a Honda and they do a Honda Certified+ certification. Since the vehicle was below the warranty miles and date they extended it to 7 years or 100,000 miles. Can't beat the peace of mind. Give them a call and ask for Alex. You won't regret it.
