Just the absolute worst people to deal with. Drivers are lazy, customer service agents are scripted, shipping center employees are garbage. Don’t expect to get your packages, they literally just drive around in circles and then bring everything back to the warehouse and if you call they tell you to “just come pick it up” like you didn’t pay them and the service they offer isn’t bringing things to people. This is why Amazon is winning and you will be out of business.

They just don’t know how to pull up reliable information and contradict customer service call centers. Then they turned to me and she says “that’s the way it is and they should’ve told you this and that and you need to wait but mid sentence finds her mistake and goes oh but now it looks like it updated…blah blah”. Just talking out of complete ignorance, couldn’t even pull up shipment by tracking number and it’s not their first day… oh the extensive “training” they get

They tried to charge me $109 to ship a license plate overnight, $70 to get it there by Monday, or $15 to get it by Wednesday. When I said I was going to USPS instead, the employee scoffed condescendingly, yelling at me as I walked out that I wasn’t going to get a better deal, a blatant lie as a last ditch effort to secure my business. At USPS, the overnight rate was $30, the Monday rate was $9.65. The FedEx employee also held my drivers license and license plate hostage until I paid the $2.00 for the unused bubble envelope - (PS the bubble envelope at USPS is free)

They don't close until 8 tonight so I'm sure they will accept packages until then... But as far as when it will it go out... You would have to ask.
Depends on the mattress. If it can be rolled, it can be shipped. Cost would we could be based on weight and size. I think it would be cheaper to purchase a mattress from Wal-Mart. They ship for free.
