So I have been a Premier member of AAA for more than 20 years and today wanted to tow my vehicle from a dealership to an alternate location for an add on service. I did not want to drive the vehicle as to not damage the car exterior until this service was rendered. The 3 reps I spoke with, up to the LEAD Supervisor all claimed that if it was not an emergency, then they would not tow my vehicle due to their policy. I have had Premier service all this time paying premium and was literally given the 3rd degree before offering the towing services. This has never happened to me before today and felt violated as a customer. Obviously AAA employees have now been told to interrogate their customers before offering towing assistance unless it is URGENT. I have used their towing service all this time for many occasions all related to my car and well being, but now they have cracked down to limit their expenses and have demanded that their reps now interrogate their customers prior to offering services. Typical of a California company that leads by Capital gain and not service to its long term customers. Very surprised that AAA jumped into this concept for profit. Be prepared for the strip search the next time you need towing services.

Sold me a incorrect policy as I was purchasing to move out of state. Had a hack sales rep. It was more than obvious that he was a commission employee and he rushed through the entire transaction and would not allow me to ask any questions until I got very karenish on him. The entire experience was just God awful
