I've been shopping around for a Chevy Silverado for a few months now and have visited a few local dealerships in and around Columbus. I was able to find a 2019 2500 High Country that they had on the lot and so I emailed Tuesday evening and was scheduled for a test drive Wednesday morning. I purchased the truck that afternoon, trading in a Nissan Titan SL for what I thought was a competitive trade in offer. Summer Hamilton was very helpful through the whole buying process and I felt that overall, the whole Byers team is very professional and very low pressure. The truck I purchased is clean and has low milage, and while you can still tell that the previous owner was a smoker, their detail shop did a nice job of fumigating of the interior while they had it in their shop. Overall, the buying experience was easy and fast, and I will definitely come back when my kids are ready to purchase their first vehicles within the next year.

Yes in all restrooms we have hand dryers and foot pulls for opening the doors hands free.
We have electric eye hand sanitizers throughout the dealership, every employee are wearing face masks and have limited capacity for customers choosing to wait for service. While the vehicles are being serviced we have technicians wearing disposable gloves, steering wheel covers and plastic seat covers. The store has regular sanitation with disinfectants.
No i went there and they couldn't find the keys to the truck I wanted. So I went to byers in Grove city and bought a nice Colorado.
