They fixed my cracked window the same day. Only thing is it was fine when I went to bed, and upon opening the curtains in the morning there were 3 cracks. It's a mystery and praying I don't have have to pay for it since my dogs and I were sleeping

My husband and I have been living here for 4 years now, and we couldn't be happier. We feel safe and comfortable. Also its nice to be surrounded by local stores that I visit frequently. Neighbors here are respectful and kind. The Maintenance here is quick and sufficient. More importantly: Patty, Mary, and Diane are professional and have great customer service. Have been living here going on ten years. Leasing staff are kind and friendly. Maintenance staff are fast and proficient. It is and older property, but there have been constant and ongoing improvements making Lake Fairway a great place to live. The addition of a business center with free Wi-Fi and the lighted common area between the leasing office and pool are great and make the area versatile. The new property's ownership definitely has a better vision for the property as opposed to the previous owners. Happy resident.

Hello Mr. Moore, Here at Lake Fairway we have two swimming pools for the enjoyment of our residents. Our second pool was being remodeled last year and before end of pool season we opened the brand new remodeled pool for our residents. If for any reason one pool is closed we do have our second pool for use. You are more than welcome to stop by our leasing office and we can explain how the utility bill is allocated depending on the size of apartment and number of residents. It is not based upon usage. Utilities are not included. You pay your own electric and cable. In addition to the rent you pay for garbage and water. I pay around $55 dollars average on top of the rent for a 1 bedroom. So, between $630 and $650 per month.
