I am not a resident of these apartments, but my family member that is resident has called the office for help, many many many times concerning astronomical electric bills. The resident is a young woman, and now feels taken advantage of by a corporation that show they have zero care for their tenants, in the very least this one. The electric bill is continually around $300 a month and the complex does NOTHING about it. It was verified with neighbors they pay $200-$250 LESS per month in electric. EP Electric does NOTHING about it except read the meter and say it works. There is a severe maintenance issue the apartment complex is ignoring. 412 square feet...explain $300 a month in electric. It cannot be done. I own a 1802 sq feet home and pay $105 a month in electric on average. Again, the tenant has contacted the office MANY times...so the response to have them contact you is at this point almost fruitless. There are renters rights in Texas. There are legal processes that can be followed. The Tenant will not be left alone, uneducated or feeling vulnerable and taken advantage of. Renters be aware of this complex, and any other under the same Integrity Property Management.

my sister lived there for a year and I frequently used to visit her and almost every single time I went, these apartments had a strong marihuana odor. also, the apartment is super small and not worth the amount she used to pay for the rent. Also, Every time I parked I was conserned that a golfer would hit my car!!! these are the worst apartments!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Every month is was a different price for the rent and when I finally spoke up about it they gave me a day to move out saying that if I couldn’t pay it then they were gonna start the eviction process and then I try to get another apartment and found out they have me in collections which is crazy because I paid them after they kicked me and my babies out without caring about what was going to happen to us. They are very slick with the sweet voice but I would not recommend these apartment’s to no one to save them the trouble.

The rent is wayyyyyyy too much for the apartment size. Plus you gotta pay for a pool card, pay for a laundry card and pay for a gym card. They also don’t bother to tell you that or have it written anywhere. We don’t have cockroaches inside but soo many outside! And too many people have their dogs off leash making it unsafe for other dogs and children and once it’s reported they never do anything. Washers and dryers don’t always work and there’s always some asshat leaving their clothes in there for 8 hours and uses up 8 machines. Main point is it’s too expensive. You could get more somewhere else for the same price.
