Arrived for a 10am bus to Phoenix. It’s now 1136 and time has changed 6 times with no explanation. Drivers are extremely rude for no reason other than working. The customer service is pretty useless if you can even get through. Cheap prices but really not worth the hassle.

When you book you have to add your bike and not all trips allow bikes. Check the app or website when you're ready to book.

You can go to flixbus.com and enter your destination and it will tell you if they go there or not.
Mine was easily 40 pounds and they don't have a scale or station or way to check, so it's really at the drivers discretion. Don't over do it and be EXTRA excessive, and I think you will just out your suitcase on the bus and scan your ticket code from the app and be on your way!
The only two pick up spots I know of is the one behind the RTC transit center downtown, and in front of the fashion show mall. And as far as when to be there probably about 15 minutes before your bus is scheduled to arrive
I think it's because they are just getting started first thing is they don't have a bus station it's a ( bus stop. ) I had to cancel a return trip like Trump use to say will see what happens. if I get a refund
You would go online... To schedule a date when your going to take your trip. Then... you will get your rate. Or you can just call them and ask.
You buy it on FlixBus app, but better use Greyhound, they are high professional drivers.

It is basically at ground zero and is right by the RTD transit hub. South 1st Avenue and Bonneville north of the Strat Hotel. NOT a salubrious neighborhood.
Me personally? I would go with Greyhound! Yes they are a tad bit more expensive, but I have lost so much money and patience and time with fixed but it's crazy. Sometimes you don't get a confirmation on their website and which means you don't get on the bus as planned. They literally have no customer service. I have tried going through flixbus several times, and not one of those times would I rate them with anything more than one star on a five-star scale. Greyhound is a much better way to go, and they have customer service if you have any issues.
No, it's near cessers palace or your other pick up is at Macy's next to fashion show mall.
No UNLV stop. Downtown on 1st across from BTC or by Caesars on the Strip. The seat you pick and pay for in advance are in the first six rows and will be the seat guaranteed. Go to busbuster.com for an alternative pickup spot and price comparison

Show your phone download the app. You can pay cash. You just have to find out what retailers participate in the bus ticket. 7-11 does but not all. Call 1st. When you make the reservation online it will bring up where you can pay cash for your ticket. But still call 1st. Some people will know what your talking about. It's a bus voucher. It's just the receipt so dont lose it.

Ceasars Palace and across the road from the bus terminal in downtown. Maps gives a good view of the location.
