Terrible service for their residents. Our air wasn't cooling our apartment and my wife asked to borrow an AC unit they have. They gave her atittude for the request. It's not our fault the air system you guys have sucks. I'm not paying $1000 for an 80 degree internal temperature. I've also been waiting for 1 hour to talk to them in person. All I get when i call is an automated message with no option to talk to a person. They're "on lunch" but it's almost 2pm and I've been waiting since 12:30. Like who goes to lunch this late? These guys are a joke. No one rent from here. I'd cancel my contract if that was an option.

On Thursday I talk to Stephanie about an outlet didn't have power then on Friday maintenance Edger came to fix it both of them are very polite very helpful both of you are the best of the best thank you Leo Flores

Current resident, they do not have AC turned on in the apartments and when I call they said they haven’t heard anything from the maintenance company & they expect me to just buy a 600$ portable AC.. they don’t allow window AC units when we are currently dying with this El Paso heat..and keep in mind I’m working from home so I’m here ALL DAY.. they don’t seem to be worried about getting the AC on which seems very inconsiderate knowing they probably have ac in their office.. so upsetting, wish I would have read reviews I am now stuck for another 8 months here.

I should have read the reviews before applying apparently I'm not the only one who got ripped off. I recently applied for an apartment and got approved but they never sent me my lease. I called and emailed them. They took a week to approve me and the process was not an easy one. They took my money and never sent me my paperwork. All I got was you'll get it today and so on. All lies! Either that or they just forgot about me. If you're planning on applying, be prepared to be after them because they'll forget about you! It was a waste of my time and money $235 so I could get approved and them keeping my money. Worst place ever!!!
