I’ve lived here less than a year and it’s horrible. First off management is unorganized and rude, months before move in I had inquired about a 2 bedroom apartment and upon move in day I was put in a one bedroom. If I had anywhere else I could’ve stayed I would’ve walked out that moment. The neighbors are loud and constantly screaming/fighting at all hours of the night. My unit has MULTIPLE safety hazards that the Texas Gas company refused to even turn on my heaters and after multiple emails nothing has been fixed and maintenance turned them on anyways, even though there are papers attached to the heaters from the gas company explaining exactly what needs to be done. They are lazy and will charge you for anything, I am charged cable even though I don’t even own a cable box and have my own wifi. Don’t live here!

My family and I have only been living here 5 months and in those months I’ve had to make 4 noise complaints and called 311 twice. Our ceiling sounds like the upstairs neighbors are gonna fall through any moment. The office says they’ll talk to them but doesn’t even look like it, they still continue to play loud music during the week in the middle of the night!, smoke weed and the smell comes down to our place. I have a 2 and 1 year old and I don’t want them to be smelling that stuff. We are at the point to breaking our lease we don’t know what to do anymore we just want some peace and quiet while we sleep!

True, there are rugs infested with bed bugs. I don't see the day to leave here. Since arriving in January 2019, cockroaches do not stop coming out and although they come to fumigate, unfortunately it has not worked, they have changed their fumigation company and it does not work. I myself had to buy special poison that was recommended to me that lasts 3 days and I put it back because the effect ends and they start dating again. There are holes in the cup and bathtub and on the floor that I told them to cover me and they didn't. And I had to do it myself. I don't use the kitchen drawers and furniture at all since I found cockroaches and they are rotten by the material and old. And I make food and immediately I serve and what is left I keep it. I keep everything in containers with lid spoons etc. The water is included with the rent and in summer I increased twice the consumption. And their response is that it was very hot. Really. Not worth it are a fraud.

If they receive section 8 .. the rent varies with section 8 .. the utilities are separate only the water runs with them but they charge it right with the rent
Mondays is the only day its closed. Every other Day till 9pm I believe
