Honestly the worse place to live. Since we moved in there was a few small problems I told them about they never got around to it. The bathroom shower has a leak they never fix since we moved in and now it gotten worse . Never any hot water. They shut down the water almost every month . When they finally do come and fix something they managed to leave a big mess. Vanessa the manager doesn’t do much to help. I DON’T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Rent is more then agreed on. The laundry room doesn’t always work never clean and never really clean the clothes. They always have construction workers walking around never having any quiet time. Makes it hard to put a little one down for a nap. .

Hot water, has always been an issue at this apartment complex. I moved here because of the balconies. They removed my balcony and the only response I received was we will consider putting them back. I have no more balcony, therefore I am not able to enjoy my patio. The new staff is friendly and helpful.

My first day of move in I was very pleased with how clean the apartment was. The carpet looked brand new and everything was functioning properly. I even received a gift from the front office! The staff is very nice and helpful.

I love this property! Andrea is so helpful and always willing to answer my questions! The units are clean and updated. It’s an older community so it’s nice and quiet, just the way I like it! During the freeze over Valentine’s Day, the ladies knew how to handle the situation and notified us with plenty of time about the water shut offs. I love this property and plan on renewing my lease! I’m a Very happy camper with the place I chose to call home. ☺️

It's a very nice place to live and people here are very nice to you as well, you don't see that at sand pebble apartments. I am glad I moved here when I did and I am very pleased of the people in the office as well they are very knowledgeable with my questions about sun Hollow apartments thanks ladies and a great job too

They say they do but they mail you the total for gas and water separate and you pay that and the rent to them together. So the utilities all still fluctuate in price. Electric is in your name and paid to EPE.
