Does maintenance work? I’ve had several issues been going on for almost a mot and nobody is doing anything.

I am a fairly new resident..3 months and I have had excellent and prompt service for my issues. Perhaps go in the office and have a friendly chat with the fine people there. Make sure that you are appreciative of their fine work. The positive personal touch does wonders in human communications!
