The office staff is friendly. The rent is not worth the price for a single bedroom with the way it is presented and the amount of trouble I had with utilities. I do not agree with the move out check list. They expect the mover to make it look like a brand new apartment although that is not how it looks when you move in. The pool area is regularly trashed with multiple families inviting their family for parties and the water is not greatly clean. The cardio room is a good place for a quick work out. the refrigerated air is great.

1) It took a whole week to fix it because the parts had to be ordered. Why not just buy them in Home Depot/Lowes? I had water wasting the whole week!! that is unacceptable for a me, a green-minded person. 2) Water supply in the kitchen sink is not as standard. I have the cold water on the left side, and hot water on the right side. This is confusing, is not the standard and not what I had before the fix.

When we went to ask for availability they told us they had one 2bed 1bath but they couldn’t show it to us only the model which was a bigger version. So we asked what was the difference on the bigger version than the smaller one and the guy that helped told us the only difference would be the kitchen and living room area. We went based off that info and we applied relying on what we were told, so once it was time for us to move in we looked at the apartment (before signing the lease) and we didn’t like it because the whole apartment wasn’t what they had described to us. So we went to the front office to let them know we didn’t like it and the girl told us that we weren’t going to get our money back which is about 600$ when the guy that gave us the info told us we would get everything except application fees which was fine. MAKE them show you the apartment you are going for before getting false advertisement!!!!

Absolutely do not recommend this place. Management likes to play the super nice and sweet role up until you sign the lease. From there they stop caring. The only one that seems to care about the property is Frank at the front office. The main manager or the other female at the office do not care. The main manager gets defensive when you bring up issues on the property like having no cold water for 3 months and having to shower in water that is above 110 degrees. (My Thermometer setting is maxed at 110 degrees). Also has residents that they prefer and don’t enforce the rules as strictly with them as they do with others. Management became upset when an off-duty Police Officer intervened in a fight that was occurring on the property and stated the officer should mind their own business. If that’s what they think about a police officer doing his job, I would consider how much they value the safety and security of their residents. Apart from this though, I will mention that the maintenance team is great and quick to fix issues all except for the issue with excessively hot water for the majority of the day that they can’t seem to fix.
