Over all very good apartments staff were very professional...Though I must say this...I want to be very specific...In the intiall welcome please include for all residence that parking will be inforced...especially for handicap...need I say more...Also, please enforce a dog leash law, and enforce people picking up after their dogs...I am so tired of seeing your maintenence personnel picking up after all these irresponsible dog owners...thank you for taking care of us during the stay ...4.5 could have been 5, if laws are enforced.

Nice from the outside, decent from the inside. But very horrible place to live in. We were here for only a year and management is horrible. The main boss Kristina is super unkind and unfriendly. Apartments definitely need some work and they charge you for things that are not even in your control. Also they are "supposed" to enforce certain rules for the apartment but that is not TRUE! They don't even clean the pool but probably once a month, and if you have any complains, don't even bother because they won't do anything about it unless you have more WITNESSES. If you have other options, pick those PLEASE! THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE PRICING!! THEY CHARGE ALMOST $900 for a unit that might as well be a studio. Not even considered a one bedroom.

Me and my husband lived here in a 1 bedroom for 1 year. Everything was decent and good for the most part. The good stuff: Thankfully there were NO roaches for the entire time living there, they keep up with their regular extermination schedule. Maintenance was always on top of any request or help you needed and at most you’d have to wait a day or two. And management usually left us alone and was super good about communicating updates to the complex or to us through email or notes left at our door. The not so good stuff : The apartments are really outdated. The floorboards are SOOO creaky and if you have a dinosaur living on the floor above you like we did it will drive you insane. It’s woken me up before and I haven’t been able to sleep sometimes because the person above us is walking so loud on those floorboards. We had to complain about it and confront our neighbor. Besides that everything is was good. And I would recommend this place to anyone who really needed a affordable place to stay.
